Each of the parties has given full and mature thought and consideration to the making of this Agreement and all obligations contained herein; and each of the parties has had the advice .and benefit of separate counsel retained by them, or has waived the same; that consent to the execution of this Agreement has not been obtained by duress, fraud, or undue influence by any person; that no repre- sentations of fact have been made by either party to the other except as herein expressly set forth; that the wife has had full access to j the books, records, and files of the husband, and that the wife has full knowledge as to the business and affairs of the husband, and the I nature, extent, and the value of his separate property and community property of the parties; and that this Agreement is fair and reasonable; and each of said parties understands that the agreements and obligations ~ i assumed by each are assumed with the expressed understanding that they are in full satisfaction of all obligations based upon property rights f which each of the said parties now have or may hereafter have with regard to the other. 4. Until such time as the divorce is granted between the parties, the husband agrees that the wife shall remain covered under his a ~ Teamster's Health and Welfare Insurance. The husband agrees to assist t the wife in collecting whatever benefits she may be entitled to under S said Teamster's Health and Welfare Insurance. 5. The parties have amicably divided all personal property which was previously the joint property of the parties. The wife is to receive all furniture and furnishings which are presently in her s possession and she further agrees to make all payments remaining due on said furniture to CIT Financial Services of Cincinnati, Ohio. The wife will hold the husband harmless with regard to said joint , debt of the parties. 6. The wife, DONNA L. FAULKER, shall be restored to her prior i name of DONNA L. KEMLAGE. i ~ 7.
