(a) ~o relinquish all claims whatsoever upon the husband,

for alimony, support, and maintenance,~under the laws of the State of
Florida, or of any other state, except the right to demand performance
of all of the undertakings of the husband contained in this Agreement,
and performance of all other obligations of the husband contained in
any other agreement or instrument entered into or executed by him, at
or about the time of the execution hereof, in favor of or for the ,
benefit of the wife;
(b) To accept the performance of the undertakings of the
husband under this Agreement, and of all other obligations of the
husband contained in any other agreement or instrument entered into or
executed by him at or about the time of the execution hereof, in favor
of or for the benefit of the wife, as in full settlement of all claims
of the wife upon the husband, or his heirs or personal representatives,
for right of dower or inheritance created by the laws of the State of
Florida, or by the laws of any other state, and of all right, title,

claim and interest of the wife arising by way of dower, widow's
statutory benefits, homestead, or inheritance, or otherwise, in all
property and estate of the husband, whether real, personal, or mixed,
and wheresoever situated and whether the same be now owned or possessed

j or hereafter acquired by him and whether his title thereto be legal or
equitable, so that all claims of the wife against the husband or his
estate shall forever cease, with the exception that all of the under-
I takings of the husband hereinabove contained, and all of the under-
takings of the husband contained in any other agreement or instrument
executed or entered into by him at or about the time of the execution ~
hereof, in favor of or for the benefit of the wife, shall be hereafter
enforceable by the wife against the husband and his heirs and personal
representatives, according to their terms; and
(c) To undertake to execute and deliver to the husband, or
to whomsoever he may designate, all instruments necessary to carry
~ into effect or to evidence the undertakings, releases, and acceptance
of the wife hereinabove set forth.
