FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS ~ RIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th daffy of October, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
i
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between ROBERT D.
SPARKMAN and DEBRA K. SPARKMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ROBERTA KATHLEEN SPARKMAN, ROBERT
EDISON SPARKMAN and DEBRA DENISE SPARKMAN, minor children of the parties, ~
is hereby awarded to DEBRA K. SPARKMAN with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to ROBERT D. SPARKMAN.
3. SEPARATION AGREEMENT: That the Separation Agreement of

the parties dated August 26, 1980, be and the same is hereby incorporated
by reference and made a part hereof in the same manner as though the" ~
~ same were set out word for word herein, providing, inter alia, for
award of the real property presently awned by the parties to the wife ~
~ as lump sum alimony, and for support to be paid by ROBERT D. S1'ARKMAN

in the amount of ;50.00 per week after date until further Order of the
Court and the parties residing in Okeechobee, Florida, ROBERT D. SPARKMAN
be and he is hereby ordered and directed to pay the said support payments
