JONES, ) Petitioner/Husband, ) FINAL JUDGMENT ON DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE and ) GLOURIESTEEN JONES, ) Respondent/Wife. ) This cause having come on to be heard before me, with Petitioner present, and it appearing that Petitioner/Husband is a resident of Florida qualifed to bring a proceeding for dissolution of marriage, and that the marriage is irretrievably broken: it is therefore CONSIDERED,-ORDERED~AND ADJUDGED: 1. That the marriage of the parties is hereby dissolved, and the said parties are hereby forever free from the bonds of matrimony, heretofore existing between them and the obligations arising therefrom, a vinculo matrimonii. 2. That the Agreement entered into by and between the - parties and dated August 20, 1980 which Agreement has been I - ~ introduced as Petitioner's Exhibit 1 in this cause, is hereby approved, ratified and made a part of this Judgment, and the parties are hereby directed to comply with its terms. 3. That this Court retains jurisdiction of .this cause for enforcement of the provisions of this Judgment.
