The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate alleges:

1. The decedent, MILDRED CHATTERTON a resident of
St. Lucie County Florida died on
May 25 ~ , 19 80 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on June 5 , 19 80

2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts

and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the ~
last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other

disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all wired estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and

with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set
forth in the schedule of distnbution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:
HERBERT CHATTERTON, 4 Schley Street, Rochester, N. H. 03867
7. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or ~
~ other agents employed by~~the personal representative is set forth in
Exhibit "B" attached heieto.
9. Any objections to the report of receipts and disbursements or the proposed distribution
of assets must be filed within 30 days. ,
