All of the'~assets of the Estate of Patricia A. Petrine as shown on
t
the inventory filed herein have been reduced to cash except for a
Purchase Money Second Mortgage in the~sum of $4,000.00. This ..mortgage
has been distributed by Assignment of the Personal Representative to
the three heirs of the estate. The net cash of the estate, less costs
of administration including attorney's fees, shall be distributed
one-third each to Donald J. Petrine, Sr., as natural father and guardian
of Lisa Marie Petrine, beneficiary; Alan K. Petrine, beneficiary; and 1
Donald J. Petrine, beneficiary. ~
