The Petitioner, GEZALD S. JAMES, alleges: ~ ~
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as hav-
ing been named by decedent to be personal representative. Petitioner's
name and address are: Gerald S. James, Post Office Box 3351, 211 South
Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the name and address of
Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JOH~~ DONALD, whose last known address was 2502
North 51st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known, whose aqe was
79 and whose social security number is 119-09-1804 died
on September 15 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in~St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:

dent was domiciled in said county and died in said county.
5. Gerald S. James, whose address is 211 South Second Street,
Post Office Drawer 3351, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and who is quali-
fied under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal rep-
resentative of decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appoint-
ment as personal representative because of having been named as person-
, al representative under Last Will and Testament of decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are real and personal property not exceeding the sum of $60,000.00. ~
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
