~ I, JOHN DONALD, residing at 2502 North Slst Street, Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and dispos-

I ing memory, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore

i made, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, in the manner and form as follows:
FIRST: I hereby direct that all my just debts, funeral
~ expenses and .the costs and expenses of the administration of my
estate be paid as soon after my decease as may be practicable. ~

SECOND: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved
wife, GRETA DONALD, all the rest, residue and remainder of my

property of whatever kind and description and wheresoever the same
may be situate, of which I may die seized or possessed, or over
which I may have the power of disposition at the time of my deceas ?
absolutely and in fee simple. ~
THIRD: In the event that my said wife and I shall both have ~

died in a common accident or catastrophe and under circumstances
I causing doubt as to which of us survived the other, then. and in I f
` ! that event, it shall be presumed that I predeceased my wife and he~

FOURTH: In the event that my said wife shall predecease mej,
I hereby authorize and direct my alternate Executor, hereinafter ~ _
named, to sell all property of which I may die seized or possessed,
~ and otherwise liquidate and convert into cash all of my residuary 4
