I, ELEANOR M. CALVERT, (also sometimes known as
Ella Calvert) of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and :

Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and ~
Codicils heretofore made by me.

CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out of
my residuary estate, all of my just debts including the
expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.

CLAUSE IIa I give, devise and bequeath all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my prroperty, real and
personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or
after the execution of this Will, to my brother, WILLIAM
H. KRULISH, presently residing at 1314 East Delavan Avenue,
Buffalo, New York, provided he survives me, and if he does
~ not survive me, then all of said property shall be distri-
buted equally to the following three (3) persons, share

and share alike, per capita:
~ A. To my husband's nephew, CALVERT COUNTRYMAN.
B. To my husband's niece, JANE M. LZNSCOTT; and
C. To my husband's niece, ELEANOR M. BORT.
CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint my brother,
WILLIAM H. KRULISA, as Executor of this Will, to serve with=
g out bond, and in the event he shall die, resign, or be un-
