KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Earnest H. Coffman and
Grace Coffman, his wife dated June 12th t9 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 311 on page
89 ,securing the payment of the sum of ltaenty Four 1ltousand and no/100------------------
Dollars (S 24,000.00------)

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct -the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record..
