St. Lucie County, Florida.
This assignment is given in con3unction with a sevurity agreement given by the
parties of the first part to the parties of second part. Dated on even date here
to. Said security agreement is given in conjunction with a loan between said
parties and upon full payment of principal and interest, parties of the second
part agree to reassign this mortgage to parties of the first part/
