executed by and between Thomas Payne and Dolores Payne, his wife and
Robert William Day and Frances Marie Day, his wife.
The undersigned, Thomas Payne and Dolores Payne, his wife, do as of the -
above date assign this note to the Port St. Lucie Bank in con3unction~
with a security agreement dated even date herewith executed in con3unction
with a loan agreement.
Port St. Lucie Bank agrees that upon full satisfaction of all indebt-
ness under said loan agreement that they will reassign said note to
Thomas Payne and Dolores Payne, his wife, their assigns or heirs.
