VERNON RAY TUSTIN,

LYNDA LEE TUSTIN,
Wife.
ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition of the
Wife for temporary relief, and upon the oral stipulation entered
in Open Court by the attorneys for the parties, and confirmed by
the parties'in Open Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The Wife, LYNDA LEE TUSTIN, shall have the temporary care,
custody and control of the minor child of the parties, JARED
DUANE TUSTIN, during the pendency of-this action.

2. The husband shall be entitled to reasonable and liberal
visitation with said minor child.
3. During the pendency of this action, the husband is to x
pay for all educational costs incurred on behalf of the minor
child of the parties at Indian River Academy. Those costs presently
come to $90.00 per month.
4. In addition, the husband shall pay to the wife the sum
of $200.00 per month as child support during the pendency of this
action. The first such payment shall be due and payable on Friday, ~
October 10, 1980.
5. During the pendency of this action, the husband shall
have the right to possession of the marital home of the parties.
The wife shall have the right to remove her property and the property

of the minor child of the parties from the marital home at all
~ reasonable times and hours.
6. Each of the parties is mutually restrained from causing
