the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, in which HOYT C. MURPHY, INC. ,
REALTORS, a Florida corporation, is Plaintiff and LUIS A. CATA
and PORT ST. LUCIE BANK, a Florida banking corporation, are
Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for
cash in the lobby at the east door of the St. Lucie County
Courthouse in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, at
11:00 a.m. on October 27, 1980, the following described prop- t
