MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF TRIAL
Comes now, LOUISE W. COLES and PAUL W. COLES, and
moves the Court for a Continuance of the Trial set in this
cause on the 7th day of October, 1980, by virtue of the fact
that the parties are in the process of negotiating; a Property
Settlement Agreement and the matter will then move uncontested.
It is impossible to execute the Property Settlement Agreement
pr~,or to the Court date because one of t'~e parties is presently
out of state.
