ORDER ADJUDICATING RESPONDENT IN CONTEMPT OF COURT
AND ORDER FOR COMMITMENT
THIS ACTION was heard on Petitioner's Motion for a Contempt
Order. On the evidence presented, it is:
ADJUDGED that:
1. Respondent, BALLARD EUGENE GREEN, is in willful contempt
of court for his failure to pay temporary support of $665.00 as
ordered by the Court on January 4, 1980.
2. If Respondent fails to purge himself of contempt, the

Sheriff or any other law enforcement officer of this state is ordered
to take the Respondent immediately into custody and to deliver him
to the St. Lucie County Jail where he shall be confined for a period
of ten (10) days beginning this date unless the Respondent purges
' himself of contempt in the manner specified below, all without cost
or expense to the Petitioner.
3. Respondent may purge himself of contempt by paying to
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, the following:
a. The costs of incarceration, attachment or any other
charges of the Sheriff.
b. Temporary support arrearages of $665.00. ?
c. Two dollars for the Sheriff of St. Lucie County for
f receiving and disbursing the money. The payments are to be made by

Respondent to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida. The money
shall be paid by the Respondent in cash, certified check, bank draft,
cashier's check or any type of money order.
