HomeMy WebLinkAbout1441 4. Upon receiving all payments listed in paragraph 3, the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall deliver the payments to the Clerk
of this Court and shall release the Respondent from custody.
5. The Clerk of this~Court shall disburse to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, the amounts set forth in
paragraph 3(a); to Petitioner, through Petitioner's attorney, the
amount set forth in paragraph 3(b); and the Clerk shall retain as
his fee the remaining Two Dollars. -
6. Further, Respondent shall continue to make weekly
payments in the amount of $40.00 as support to be paid to the Clerk
of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Petitioner. In -
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in~cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
