TT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that BOB LEE ~iAULDTN has will-
fully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Fin:~l ,Iudgment
of this Cour~ entered on the 6th day of January, 1977, and is, as of this October 3,
1980, in arrears $375.00 Including Court costs, it is -
ORDERED AND ADTUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the S37S.00 arrearage in
Bill on or beforb November 15, 1980 or he shall be issued a rule to show cause why
he shalt not be held in contempt of Court for failure to make the 3rrelrage payments
as stipulated i.n Court and serve sixty (6.7) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. It is,
F1IRTHF.R ORDERED that regular weekly payments of 565.0 are to be made each and
every week as t~reviously ordered.
