FINAL JUDGMENT OF ANNUL?~ENT
THIS CAUSE having come for Trial on the 7th day
of October, 1980 and the Court having given full considera-
tion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties by virtue of the parties being married
to each other o~ September 1, 1980 in St. Lucie Count~~,
Florida; that testimony having been given in open Court
satisfactorily proving the allegations of the Petition and
i that there has been no cohabitation between the parties
as would bar a judgment for annulment of marriage; that
there are no property rights to be determined by this Court;
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. A~1*iLTLME'~T OF MARRIAGE . The marriage between
Christine Fitzsimmons and Kevin S. Fitzsimmons be and the

same is hereby declared to be null and void and of no legal
force and effect, the parties hereto are restored to all
rights and privileges of single persons.
2. RESTORATIO'_y OF MAInEN NA*'~E. The petitioner
~ Christine Fitzsimmons, is hereby restored to her maiden
name of Christine Coke.
3. JURISnICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause
and the parties hereto is retained for the entrv of such
further Order as may be proper,.
