LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 80-756-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF: ) CAROL DIANE CHAMBERS, ) Petitioner/Wife, ) and ) JOHNNY JOE CHAMBERS, ) Respondent/Husband. ) FIyAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on for Cria1 the 6th day of October, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein ' and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED and ADJUDGED: 1. Dissolution. The marriage between CAROL. DIANE CHAMBERS, Wife and JOHNNY JOE CHAMBERS, Husband, be. and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each k of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.• 2. That the Wife has a special equity in the property located on Morgan Street, Indiantown and being in ~ that subdivision known as Little Ranch Estates by virtue of the monies which she expended in the purchase of the ~ same. That the Husband shall quit-claim any interest, • right or title~he may claim in and to the said property to the Wife. If the same is not done within ten days of this Judgment, said Judgment shall act as an agent for the transfer of said property, being described as follows,•to-wit: s 8340 ~,~~447 ~~.F
