TNIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard by the Court this 15th stay of Sept-

ember, 19$0, and upon stipulation of the parties, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premise, it is hereby t
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
a
1. That the Husband, TONY CRAWFORD EVANS, is hereby held in Contempt of
this Court for wilfull failure to pay .child support, in the arrearabe acno-:nt of $450.00,
as of Tuesday, September 9, 1980. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to -the Wife,
LINDA LEE EVANS MOTES, the sum of $25.00 a week for child support plus $10.00 a week
for the arrearage due and owing. If the Husband does not comply with this order, he

shall be called before this Court to show cause why he should not be put in jail for

a period of sixty (60) days.
I
2. The Husband is hereby granted visitation rights of the minor children
in the following manner: from 1:00 P. M. on Saturday until 6:00 P.H. on Sunday, every
other weekend, commencing the weekend of September 20, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of September, 1930.
