UPON MOTION of the Wife/Respondent to dismiss the Amended
Petition upon argument of counsel, the Court being fully advised
of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike is granted.
It is further,.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband/Petitioner, upon his
oral Motion for Leave to File the Amended Petition for Modification
of Final Judgment be granted leave to file Amended Petition for
Modification of Final Judgment and that the Wife/Respondent shall
have until October 31, 1980 to answer said Amended Petition for
Modification of Final Judgment.
