THIS CAUSE came on for a hearing on September 29,

to compel compliance with the Court's Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage entered_on May 17, 1980, and the Court having heard

argument of counsel for Respondent/Husband, JEFFERY KENT SMITH,
and being otherwise fully advised in the primeses, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. This Court has continuing jurisdiction to enforce
the .Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.

t 2. Upon representation of counsel for the Respondent/
Husband, JEFFERY KENT SMITH, that the Petitioner/Wife, BONNIE S.
SMITH, has changed her place of residence and cannot be located,
Respondent/Husband JEFFERY KENT SMITH's Motion to depose the
parents of petitioner/Wife, BONNIE S. SMITH, in the County in
which they are domiciled for the purpose of dereiming the
current residence address of the Petitioner/Wife BONNIE S. SMITH

is hereby granted.
