PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DEED
THIS DEED executed the~/ST day of , 1980,
between CYNTHIA FUZZARD, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of CATHERINE McCAIN, deceased, Party of the First Part, and
DOUGLAS C. McCAIN, T. DANIEL McCAIN and DAVID R. McCAIN, as tenants
in common, Parties of the Second Part, whose mailing address is:

W I T N E S S E T H:
Zhat the Party of the First Part, in oonQlianoe with and pursuant to the
Last Will and Testament of CATHERII~ MoCAIId, deceased, dated January 18, 1974,
and pursuant to the Election too Take Title to Property As Tenants in Gbam~on
executed by the grantees herein, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, ranises,
releases, conveys and oanfirn~s to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs
and assigns forever; that real property in St. Lucie Damty, Florida, des-
cribed as follows:
Lot 17, Block 2761, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 39,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15 page
30, of the Public Records of St.-Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
