upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of
the respective parties hereto. the Grantor does hereby fully warrant
the title to all the premises hereby conveyed against all and every
person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or wider tl~e
Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
