Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium writ ut 0(:IiAIV VILI.Ae~li 01~ Illfl'(]IiIJSON ISLAM) is subject in every
respect to the Declaration of Condominitan as to the condomini~ml in which his wait is
located and Ex]>Iibits attached thereto, im-luding but not limited to (c~hether the same are
attached to the 1>eclflration or referred to therein), the 1;y-la~.•s of the Association,
Articles of lncorporation, the Rlrles and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and Fxhib.rts and the Articles of Inc;ori:'oration, By-Lahr
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O?~ners' A.S50Ciatlon; and
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of srid Declaration,
its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium pibperty and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and e~~cry provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'rrrchaser herehy ratifies and confirms and approves all
of~the terms and provisions of said Ieclaration of (••ondominiwn and Exhibits attached
thereto, and agrees that the assessment turder the 1'ropert}' O[~n~ers' Association docun>ents
referred to above and the provisions thereof.arc reasonable, fair and eduitable, and
said Purchaser-acknor.•ledges and confirms that. the Ieclaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Uaners' Association has enc~mlbered and impressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium parcel being conveyed to I'ur'chaser, as security for his obligations under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e {'rol~erty? Uaners' Association and
said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the i'roperty Owners' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Purchaser confirn~s that all i.~arranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid leclaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the conmon expenses and the semis due under the Property Owners'
Association and other charges are estimated only. 1~b warranty or guaranty is m~rde or
intended nor may one he relied rq~on except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration-of Condominiwn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
