Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and e~~cry provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'rrrchaser herehy ratifies and confirms and approves all of~the terms and provisions of said Ieclaration of (••ondominiwn and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment turder the 1'ropert}' O[~n~ers' Association docun>ents referred to above and the provisions thereof.arc reasonable, fair and eduitable, and said Purchaser-acknor.•ledges and confirms that. the Ieclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Uaners' Association has enc~mlbered and impressed a lien upon the Condo- minium parcel being conveyed to I'ur'chaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e {'rol~erty? Uaners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the i'roperty Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
