WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this day of;~~ 1980, between
PHILIP FUSCO, residing at 2 Catherine Avenue, Franklin Square, New
York, and MARY J. FUSCO, residing at 225 Schenck Boulevard,- Floral
Park, New York, parties of the first part, and MARY JANE FUSCO,
residing at 225 Schenck Boulevard, Floral Park, New York, party of
the second part
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the Eirst part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND
VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by the said parties of -
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the~said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described- -
land situate, lying and being in County of Charlotte and State of
