The principal indebtedness secured hereunder may be prepaii at
any titse upon payment of interest to date of such prepayment.
j In the event title to tha premises hereinbefore described is
' transferred the total principal indebtedness secured hereunder shall
become due and payable, at the option of~the mortgagee, or then
` holder of this mortgage.
~i, In the event the principal indebtedness shall not be paid by th
~ due date thereof then interest on said principal indebtedness shall
j~ be ppyable at the acme rate as prior to the due date thereof.
In any action or proceeding to recover or dotlect the principal
indebtedness secured hereunder, or to foreclose-this mortgage, there
shall be included in the coaputation of the asiount due the sum of
$1,500.00 as a fee for attorney's services in connection therewith,
as yell as all disbursements, allowances, additional allowances and
costs provided by law.
