Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenanaas now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including ell apparatus, equipment, fixtures a articles, whether in single units or can-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to lessees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shalt:, storm dons and windows, floor
coverings, careen doors, awnings, stoves end water heaters (all of which an intended ro be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically sttached thereto or -noy; end also togetMr with

ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become dw as provided in the _
