says:

were the owners of the following described property, to-wit:

the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That LOUISE BACNMANN and CHESTER BACHMANN were
married prior to May 7, 1971 and said marriage continued without
