ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
LUTICIA VASHEA BRIGGS, d.o.b. 8/20/75
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
JOHN ALLEN COE ~ and _ BARBARA BRIGGS ,
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
BARBARA BRIGGS shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subfect to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on Q~ ~ ~O 1980,
the Defendant/Father s1~a11 pay child support fc?r anti on behalf of the said child(ren)

RehabilitaCive Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winevood Eoulevard,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received frow the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Paysents frost
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support -
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural smother or
person•having custody of the child(ren); it is further
