P.ehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it 1s Further
ORDERED A~lD ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court stall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Departo~ent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
paysents shall therea[ter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
