ORDERED AND•ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
LATASHA NACOLE GREENE, d.o.b. 3/31/79: CHAUNCY MARQUETTE GREENE, d.o.b. 3 13/80
is/are. declared to be the legitimate ci~ild(ren) of the Defendant

the natural mother; it is further _
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
VIRGINIA ELAINE GREENE , shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is further

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1311 ldinewood Boulevard,
Tallah..ss~e, Flu.-••ia, 32304: it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to tr~~nsmit suP1?ort payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
t1~e Department. of Health-and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
person•having custod}~ of the child(ren); it is further
