and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard
testimony and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
ALITOMESE DENISE WILSON, d.o.b. 9/17/66
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
ALTIMOUNT WILSON _ and EDITH POTTER ,
the natural mother; ft is further

Said amount shah b~e remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tt~e Clerk rf the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of ;totice to Discontinue Payments from
tl~e Uepartment of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); tt is further
