that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assignsent of rights to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it is

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Ettforcemcnt Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
