RESOLVE OF THE PERPETRATORS AN
THOSE BEHIND THIS CATASTROPHI
TRAGEDY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Cz
the following determinations:
1. On September 11, 2001, terrorists hijacked two passengerjet~
Trade Center in New York City by literally crashing into each of the tower
period, killing the innocent passengers onboard and an untold number c
citizens.
2. A third hijacked passenger jet crashed into the Pentagon ou
killing all of the innocent passengers onboard. At this time it is uncertain h,
citizens at the Pentagon were killed.
3. A fourth hijacked aircraft whose target remains unknown, plung
about eighty miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
4. The President of the United States has assured the citizens of
justice will be served not only against the perpetrators, but also agai
heinous crime.
