ADDENDUM
ADDENDUM to Contract G-A44-12 , dated August 18, 1980 , between
TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., and DANCER-FITZGERALD-SAMPLE. INC.
There this ADDENDUM may be inconsistent with the printed portion of the
contract, they terms of the ADDENDUM shall prevail.

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of the contract, Tropicana Products,
inc.'s participation price paid to Seller will be as computed in the
contract, but will not be less than:
Three dollars and seventy five cents ($3.75) per 85# weight box
delivered for the 1980-1981 season only, upon delivery of that fruit
to Tropicana's plant, less applicable taxes and any other authorized
deductions.
2. It is also understood that the prices set forth above is a guaranteed
price for the year indicated. The actual price will be the
guaranteed price, PLUS all the rise determined by the formula
provided in the contract if it exceeds the guaranteed price provided
for herein.
3. The buyer and seller agree that Seller reserves up to 10,000 boxes
