AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me BEN L. BRYAN, JR., who first
by me being duly sworn, says:
1. That he is an attorney for Robert R. Cox.
2. That he has examined Case No. 74-1178, styled ADOBE vs
COX, from which a Judgment was recorded against Robert Cox.
3. That examination of the file reveals that the Robert Cox
involved was a Robert J. Cox, who according to the file resided at
1249 Water Street, Melbourne, Florida.
4. That thaw is not the same person as Robert R. Cox.
5. That he has known and represented Robert R. Cox for over
ten years and that during that entire period of time Robert R. Cox
neither resided in nor worked in I?felbourne, Florida, but has resided
in Fort Pierce, Florida during the entire period.
6. That Robert R. Cox referenced herein is one of the owners
of property described as: The East one-half of Section 1, Township 34

South, Range 39 Fast, less the Nort:~ 1069.54 feet thereof, situate,
~ lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
