the laws of the United States of America, the owner bf a certain mortgage given by Susan Barber, a Single Adult
dated October 10th 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0• R• Book 318 on page
1180 , securinct the payment of the sum of Thirty Four Thousand, Nine Hundred and no/109-----

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described theret~n, anddoth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
