Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared the
undersigned named parties, SELMA BALANTZOW, President of LAKEWOOD-
. VERO BEACH, INC., a Florida corporation, who, being by me duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That affiant is the owner of record of the following des-
cribed property, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 90, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT NO. 8,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11,
at Page 19 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2~ That up to May 5th, 1973, the date of agreement
.for deed wherein the above property was transferred by agreement for
deed to Albert T. Bernier, there are no unpaid utility bills, no
unpaid taxes, and no violations of any municipal ordinances on the
above property.
