The benefits and obligations hereunder sliali inure to and be binding
upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of
the respective parties hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully i.~arrant
the title to all the premises hereby conveyed against all and every
person(s) wi~omsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under the
Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, thmugh or under the said Gi~vitor.
