G. KRISHNA KU1~1AR, who being by me duly sworn, on oath, deposes
and says:
1. That he is the Grantor of a certain Warranty Deed dated ~ '
this date to PIONEER INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, INC. -
2. That the property therein conveyed is the same property
more particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto.
3. That the property described in Schedule A is commercial
property upon which is located the Best Western Executive Inn,
a motel and restaurant; that the subject property is not now
nor has it ever been the residence or constitutional homestead
of Affiant.
