16. It is the intent of the parties hereto and the
purpose of this document that the provisions contained
herein shall survive the closing.
17. In the event BUYER becomes obligated to pay any
liability or obligation of SELLER as set forth above and
SELLER fails to immediately pay same, BUYER may, in
addition to any other lawful remedy, deduct such,
together with its actual reasonable costs and attorney's
- fees and charge interest at the highest legal rate, from
the next ensuing payment or payments due on the mortgage
given this date by BUYER to SELLER.
18. In the event it becomes necessary to enforce
any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party 3
shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable
attorney fees.
