the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2, run northwesterly
along said East right-of-way line to a point that is 100 feet due North of the South
line of~the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue Northwesterly
along said East right-of=way line 60-feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
Northwesterly along said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a point that
is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of. the South line of the North 11.36 chains~of said Govern-
ment Lot 2 as measured along said East right-of-way; thence run Northeasterly to a point
