Purchaser and all owners of parcels in ttie aPoredesaribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and ` Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all oP the terms and provisions of said Deolaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached~thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the - - Declaration of covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association 1 i~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- i~" ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
