Notice is given that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and For St. Lucie County, Florida, on the ~~day of
October, 1980 by the above named Plaintiff against the above named
.Defendant, involving the following described real property lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
All of Lot Four (4) and the South S feet of Lot Three
(3), in Block Nine (9), of Surfside, Unit One (1),
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10
at Page 17 of -the Public Records of-St. Lucie County,
Florida.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of a
