~MORTGAGB MODIFICATION AGRS$MENT
THIS AGRBBMENT made and entered into this ~ day of
October, 1980,- by and between KATHRYN LOUISE EPS`PEIN STRUNK,
joined by her husband, THOMAS R. STRUNK (hereinafter referred to
as "Mortgagor"),.and SUMMIT BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
whose address is 6000 North University Drive, Tamarac, Florida,
33321 (hereinafter referred to as 'Mortgagee").
WI T.NES SETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of that cer-
twin Mortgage (hereinafter "Mortgage") from Mortgagor in favor of
Mortgagee dated April 14, 1980, recorded May 8, 1980 under Clerk's -
File Number 80-485859. Official~Records Book 330., Page 2817 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the
property legally described as follows:
Unit No. 1 in OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINI-
UM II, according to~the Declaration of
Condominium of Oceans Oceanfront Condomin-
ium~II recorded in Official Records Book
327 at Page 1684 of the Public Records of _
St. Lucie. County, Florida, together with
an undivided share in the comaaon elements
appurtenant to such unit and all other
appurtenances to such unit as set forth in
- - ~ the .Declaration of Condominium.

WHEREAS, the Mortgage secures-the payment of that certain
,Promissory Note described in said Mortgage, which Note is payable
to and held and owned by Mortgagee; and
i~THERSAS, said Mortgage and Note is due and payable on
April 14, 1981= and _
WHEREAS, Mortgagor and Mortgagee have mutually agreed to
modify said Promissory Note by changing the interest rate to
~ twelve and one-half (12-1/2~) percent per annum and providing for

equal monthly payments of principal plus accured inte~cest over a
~ term of fifteen (15) years from the date hereof; and

WHEREAS, Mortgagor has agreed to execute and deliver to

Mortgagee a Renewal Promissory Note setting forth the terms and
condit_fons set forth above.
