herein contained and other good and valuable consideration,-the
sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the par-
ties hereto agree as follows: - I.
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct. -
2. That the Mortgage and aforesaid Promissory Note be
end are hereby modified and extended as evidenced by a Renewal
Promissory Note dated simultaneously herewith on October 1980 -
to provide for interest at the rate of twelve and one-half
(12-1/2$) percent per annum with equal monthly .payments of princi-
pal and interest in the amount-of Six Hundred Seventy-One and
- 74/100 ($671.74) Dollars until the entire unpaid principal balance
plus-accrued interest has been paid in full.
• 3. That the Mor-tgage as modified herein shall secure
the Renewal Promissory Note executed pursuant hereto. and is
extended for the term of said Renewal Promissory Note.-
4. That all of the terms and conditions of the Mortgage
and the aforesaid Promissory Note, except as modified and extended
herein, shall continue in full force and effect.
f this Agreement shall b2 binding upon and shall inure

to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
6. This Agreement shall further serve to correct the -

legal description set forth in the original Mortgage r-eferred to
~ herein recorded under Clerk's File No. 80-48 5859, Public Records
of St. Lucie County and said legal description set forth herein

correctly describes the property encumbered by the Mortgage as if
- originally set forth therein. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,-,the parties have caused this Agree-
ment to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
