ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on the 10th day
of October, 1980, upon the Notice of Hearing and Motion for Enforcement
or Contempt filed by the attorney for the Mother against JAMES LEWIS
THOMPKINS, and JAMES LEWIS THOMPKINS having entered into an agreement.
with said attorney and the Court finding that he has the ability to
pay the money due and owing as set forth in. his signed agreement, it is
ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED that the Defendant, JAMES LEWIS THOMPKINS
is in contempt of this-Court for his failure to pay attorney's fees.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for said contempt,
JAMES LEWIS THOMPKINS, is hereby sentenced to /D days_in the St.
! Lucie County Jail,- Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on November 20,

PROVIDED, HOWE~TER, he may purge himself at any time by paying
the sum of $289.00 to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esquire,, 201 South Second
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida
is~hereby authorized to accept said money in the amount set forth above.
