FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petition and it appearing upon the
evidence that the-chiid is suitable for adoption, .that the .best interests of
the child-will be promoted by the adoption and that the Petitioner is a
fit and proper person to adopt the child, and the Court being otherwise
fully adivsed in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the Petition For Adoption, be, and is hereby ordered
granted atnd that the child known as MISTY DARLENE HARRELL ,
born on the 4th day of April - , 19 74 , at Warner Robins , GA ,
is the legal child of the Petitioner, DIANE LEE HARRELL ,
and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioner in lawful
wedlock. -
'i (2) The child is given the name of MISTY LEE HARRELL ,
R by which name the child shall be known hereafter.
! DONE AND ORDERED this 10th day of October , 1980 , at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
